Gebruikersvoorwaarden en privacy

Voor een betere ervaring, tijdens het gebruik van onze service, kunnen we u vragen om bepaalde persoonlijk identificeerbare informatie te verstrekken, waaronder maar niet beperkt tot interne gebruikers-id, contactinformatie, telefoonnummer, crashrapport, in-app-activiteit. De informatie die we vragen, wordt door ons bewaard en gebruikt zoals beschreven in deze voorwaarden.

De app maakt gebruik van diensten van derden die informatie kunnen verzamelen om u diensten aan te bieden op basis van (telecommunicatie) wet- en regelgeving.

Loggegevens

We willen u informeren dat telkens wanneer u onze service gebruikt, in geval van een fout in de app, wij gegevens en informatie (via producten van derden) op uw telefoon verzamelen die loggegevens worden genoemd.

Deze loggegevens kunnen informatie bevatten zoals uw telefoonnummer, contactinformatie, IP-adres, apparaatnaam, versie van het besturingssysteem, de configuratie van de app bij het gebruik van onze service, het tijdstip en de datum van uw gebruik van de service, en gegevens voor statistisch gebruik.

Voor Android vragen we toegang tot de volgende rechten:
Toestemming voor telefoon; om telefoongesprekken op te zetten en te beheren.

Contacttoestemmingen; zodat we uw contacten kunnen bekijken en u kunnen helpen er doorheen te zoeken.
Toestemming om audio/microfoon op te nemen; we gebruiken dit wanneer u een oproep doet, dus "Tijdens gebruik van de app" is de juiste toestemmingsinstelling.

Bluetooth-toestemming; zodat we verbinding kunnen maken met uw luidspreker, headset of autokit. Dit wordt door Google vertaald naar een toestemming om "in de buurt van apparaten te vinden, verbinden en de relatieve positie ervan te bepalen".
Batterijoptimalisatie; zodat de app inkomende oproepen kan ontvangen.

Contacten

Bij het starten van een oproep vanuit een contact verzamelen we de contactinformatie (telefoonnummer) en sturen deze naar onze telefoonservers om uw oproep te verbinden. Dit nummer wordt vervolgens zichtbaar in uw oproepgeschiedenis. We verzamelen geen contactinformatie anders dan bij het starten van een oproep, en we verzamelen geen andere gegevens over dit contact (naam, organisatie, enz.).

Cookies

Cookies zijn bestanden met een kleine hoeveelheid gegevens die vaak worden gebruikt als anonieme unieke identificatoren. Deze worden naar uw browser gestuurd vanaf de websites die u bezoekt en worden opgeslagen in het interne geheugen van uw apparaat.
Deze service maakt gebruik van cookies die strikt noodzakelijk zijn om de app te laten werken of goed te laten werken. Deze cookies volgen geen persoonlijke gegevens van bezoekers. Daarom is voor deze cookies geen gebruikers toestemming vereist.

Dienstverleners

We kunnen derde bedrijven en individuen in dienst nemen om de volgende redenen:
Om onze service te vergemakkelijken;
Om de service namens ons te verlenen;
Om servicegerelateerde diensten uit te voeren; of
Om ons te helpen analyseren hoe onze service wordt gebruikt.

We waarderen het vertrouwen dat u ons geeft door ons uw persoonlijke informatie te verstrekken, daarom streven we ernaar acceptabele middelen te gebruiken om deze te beschermen. Devhouse Spindle B.V. is ISO-27001 gecertificeerd. Als u vragen heeft over de technische en organisatorische maatregelen die we hebben genomen om uw gegevens te beschermen, neem dan contact met ons op.
Wijzigingen in deze voorwaarden
We kunnen deze voorwaarden van tijd tot tijd bijwerken. Daarom wordt u geadviseerd dit document regelmatig te controleren op wijzigingen. We zullen u op de hoogte stellen van eventuele wijzigingen door de nieuwe voorwaarden op dit document te plaatsen.

Log data
We want to inform you that whenever you use our service, in case of an error in the app we collect data and information (through third-party products) on your phone called log data.

This log data may include information such as your telephone number, contact information, IP- address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the app when utilizing our service, the time and date of your use of the service, and data for statistical use.

App permissions and usage

For Android we request access to the following rights:
Phone permission; to set up and manage phone calls.
Contact permissions; so we can view your contacts, and help you search through them.
Record audio/microphone permissions; we use this when you make a call, so “While using the app” is the right permission setting.
Bluetooth permission; so we can connect to your speaker, headset or car kit. This is translated by Google into a “find, connect and determine the relative position of nearby devices” permission.
Battery Optimization; so the app can receive incoming calls.
Contacts
When initiating a call from a contact, we will collect this contact’s information (phone number) and transmit this to our telephony servers to connect your call. This number will then be visible in your call history. We do not collect contact information other than when initiating a call, nor do we collect any other details about this contact (name, organization etc.).

Cookies

Cookies are files with a small amount of data that are commonly used as anonymous unique identifiers. These are sent to your browser from the websites that you visit and are stored on your device’s internal memory.

This service uses cookies that are strictly necessary to enable the app to work at all or work properly. These cookies do not track any personal data of visitors. For this reason these cookies do not require user consent.

Service Providers

We may employ third-party companies and individuals due to the following reasons:

To facilitate our service;
To provide the service on our behalf;
To perform service-related services; or
To assist us in analyzing how our service is used.
